Sociology and Psychology offers a thorough training in the major areas of both subjects. Those wishing to understand identity, violence, crime or intimacy tend to draw on both disciplines. This joint degree allows you to explore the different social norms, interactions, conflicts and networks that constitute everyday life. The two disciplines are bound together, and the joint degree enables you to understand and address fundamental questions about social life. It is possible to graduate from this programme with accreditation from the British Psychological Society (BPS).
