As the first point of contact at VED International Education Consultancy, our Front Desk Officer plays a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our students, parents, and international partners. We are looking for a warm, articulate, and highly organized individual who embodies our "family-like" atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
In this role, you will welcome visitors, manage incoming inquiries, and seamlessly coordinate communication between prospective students and our expert counseling teams. Key Responsibilities

First Impressions & Hospitality: Greet students, parents, and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a hospitable, professional, and supportive environment.

Inquiry Management: Efficiently handle inbound phone calls, emails, and social media queries, providing accurate initial information about our study abroad and test preparation services.

Counseling Coordination: Oversee the daily appointment calendar, scheduling and assigning prospective students to the appropriate academic or visa counselors.

Database Management: Accurately record and maintain visitor logs and student inquiry data in our internal systems for further follow-up.

Office Administration: Manage the front office layout, coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, and ensure informational brochures and institutional prospectuses are neatly displayed and well-stocked.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field (running candidates with strong communication skills may apply).

Experience: Prior experience in front desk operations, customer support, or hospitality—preferably within the educational consultancy sector—is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Nepali.

Interpersonal Traits: A warm, confident demeanor with sharp active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital communication tools.
